The ADR course once passed gives drivers holding a LGV licence the certificate to drive Hazerdous Goods Vehicles. ADR stands for “Accord Relatif au Mouvement des Marchandises Dangereuses par Route” which translated to English means “Agreement relating to the Movement of the Merchandise Dangerous by Road”.

By having an ADR certificate you will open yourself to the opportunity to earn even more money as a LGV driver. Most major haulage companies will have a need for ADR drivers and are always offer a higher salary for such drivers.
ADR vehicles are used all over Europe to transport petrol, diesel and other hazardous chemicals and goods. There is a constant need in the industry for ADR drivers.
ADR Training is classroom based and you will be required to take a multiple-choice test at the end of the course. This test has a very high pass rate, so we are confident you will find it easy to get your ADR licence. The ADR licence lasts for 5 years.
